ePub footnote functionality has been implemented and fixed.

Key commits:

  • d745765d: Configure footnotes to display at document bottom
  • 735f0a6a: Enhance footnote styling and typography
  • 6e221dbd: Enables hover effects and link citations in EPUB

The footnotes now properly display at the bottom of documents with enhanced styling.
