I'm currently busy with the translation/reading (you are a very prolific author ;) )
For the pdf, it is ok, I found out that my usual system is somehow "broken", but everything works with a "fresh" installation of Windows.

I have been rewriting the chapters quite extensively over the past several months and I hope it's not causing too much pain, but this version of the new chapters is likely going to be quite stable because I've finally had the time to push all the updates that I've been working on.
