The GitHub process keeps hanging continuously whenever we're building the PDF version, and this really needs to be fixed. It makes it look like the book is failing all over, but in fact, this is just one minor issue that we need to fix.

Can see the issue when doing this quarto render contents/core/data_engineering/data_engineering.qmd --to pdf --log-level debug
