(Suggestion) Search "Modern machine learning development relies fundamentally on machine learning frameworks" --> "Modern machine learning development relies fundamentally on frameworks"
Please review: "{=latex}"... is not closed "" at the end
Search "This brings us to our next topic: the data structures that" repetition... too close!
Search "needed for their specific use cases." remove "## Framework Components"
(My opinion) Search "ultra-low-power wake-up":It is not the "wake-up" that is "low-power" but a "sleeping" state from which one can "wake up"; so "sleeping" + "wake-up"

Search " python" (row 920) remove space ---> "python"
