All sections in a chapter should have reference links so we can cross-reference them in appropriate places throughout the book. Currently, the book lacks any tiebacks across chapters; the tiebacks are minimal at best. So this is an opportunity to improve things.

Notes to self:

  • Suggest writing a script to generate labels automatically #-
