Adds publisher fields to @inproceedings and journal fields to @article
entries based on known venue mappings. Covers NeurIPS (Curran Associates),
ICML/AISTATS (PMLR), ICLR (OpenReview.net), OSDI/NSDI (USENIX),
MLSys, ACM venues, IEEE venues, and arXiv preprints.
Remove redundant ml_ prefix from ml_workflow chapter files and update all
Quarto config references. Consolidate custom scripts into native binder
subcommands and archive obsolete tooling.
* Restructure: Move book content to book/ subdirectory
