📄 Description

This PR introduces a full Serbian (Latin) translation of the Conventional Commits specification.

Changes included:

  • Added index.sr.md
  • Registered the Serbian language in config.yaml
  • Verified that the translation builds correctly using docker-compose

If needed, I can expand the translation to all versions and add Serbian Cyrillic as well.
