Hello!

I've prepared with my friends @masisoranummi, @villesalin and @JesseSchemeikka a Finnish translation for the Conventional Commits specificaiton.

I was able to spin up the dev server locally, but I'd recommend checking the settings twice before pushing to production.

Let me know, if you guys need any help or information about the translations or if we've missed something, as the translation was made some time ago and something may have changed after that. I'm more than happy to make adjustments when required.
