Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

I kinda disagree with this:
Other commit types have no implicit effect in semantic versioningbecause if I add a new commit to my project, and I want to release, it should bump up the PATCH version (if it doesn't contain a breaking change).@damianopetrungaro commented on GitHub (Sep 5, 2018):
