Accordin to my observation, "Convention" is translated into:

  • zh-hans: 约定
  • zh-hant: 慣例

For example,

  • Calling Convention:

    • zh-hans: 调用约定
    • zh-hant: 呼叫慣例

Therefore, I suggest to change 'Conventional Commits' into '慣例式提交'.
