Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

I'd like to contribute a styling improvement to the project.
To make sure what I did is rendered correctly I'd like to run it locally before submitting a pull request.
I'm unable to find local setup steps in the readme.
Purpose of this issue is to document the problem
issue can be closed if the problem is solved or if there is a decision to not take care of this

afaik we are using Jekyll, so i think you can run it locally with no effort reading the doc

Could you please add some doc for it?
