bug description

I opened cobalt both on the chrome page and mobile app, neither of them loaded correctly, I attempted opening them 2 different times before this report.
Oh and by the way all UI still works I just can't see any of it

reproduction steps

Open cobalt on either the chrome page or app
Nothing loads just pure black screen
