I've tried both on both 6.x and 7.x branches and nothing works, I've tried from multiple acccounts verified or not.

On official 6.3.1 it simply downloads a 0 byte video.

On my 7.0-dev2 instance it shows this error.

this issue was temporary and related to twitter's cdn having issues, it's now been resolved!
