bug description

My internet connection speed exceeds 100 megabytes per second. Previously, Cobalt uploaded the necessary videos at high speed. Now, besides the fact that the download speed is at the level of 100-200 kilobytes, it also drops to 0 kilobytes per second, and the video starts over. I often use your service to download the necessary videos. I upload one video at a time, I'm not a bot, and I seem to be doing everything right. I don't understand why there weren't any problems before, but now they have appeared. That's why I leave relevant feedback. I fill out the template correctly and attach screenshots.

I can see this issue coming up again and again, so I decide to try with a VPN, and the issue is only with Russia, other countries work without issues.

The suggestion would be to use a VPN or Cloudflare WARP, that fixes the issue.

@wukko This can be marked as duplicate as well, right? but we can add a warning to Russian users when downloading from VK?
