bug description
The speed has become very slow today. Previously, the video was uploaded at a speed of more than 3-10 MB, but now it is 100 - 300 KB or less. At the same time, the speed increases by a second, and when you try again, the download is even worse, less than 100 kb.

Works fine on my end, may be try using different network or by changing DNS.

Today, Cobalt has stopped pumping normally at all and the speed is scanty.

works fine on my end, closing as yet another duplicate. please stop spamming the same issue over and over again, and instead check your internet connection.
