bug description

Sorry if this belongs to 'main instance bug report', idk - SoundCloud downloads sound weirdly compressed.

The entire frequency range is there, it just sounds a bit off. Idk if this is a cobalt problem or SoundCloud problem. I can even download .wav and the issue persists.

reproduction steps

  1. Go to any SoundCloud song, here's what I tried
  2. Download it in .wav (to be sure it's not codec compression, any codec at a high bitrate works)
  3. Listen side-by-side to the streamed and downloaded version

additional context

The file also downloads faster as if it really was just a .mp3 saved in a .wav, so it could just be a SoundCloud problem, but idk.
