Add urdu to languages that cobalt supports. If you want, I can contribute, as I am a native speaker. Urdu has 230 million speakers, many of which do not know english. This could be useful for them

You can do this via the i18n thing they have setup in https://github.com/imputnet/cobalt/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md. You will need to sign in with Github but you can easily translate Cobalt into Urdu that way.
