I often listen to long music compilations or soundtracks that have the tracks separated using YouTube's chapter feature.
For those unfamiliar, you can split YouTube videos into chapters by providing timestamps in the description (see https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/9884579)
It would be useful if cobalt were able to split such videos into separate audio or video files based on chapter. While I could just split it manually, it would be time-consuming for videos with many chapters.
Ideally, it would be downloadable as an archive containing all separated files, and chapters would be split into files distinguished by chapter name or number.
