bug description
Hello team,
I'm experiencing an issue when trying to access your download page. After opening the page, the logo area on the left side of the URL input box constantly shows the following message:
Cloudflare Turnstile is checking if you're not a bot, please wait!
This message keeps loading indefinitely — even after waiting for over an hour. This has been happening for the past two days, and I’m unable to download anything as a result. I've already tried different browsers and cleared my cache, but the issue persists.
Could you please look into this and help resolve the issue?

Downloading videos from YouTube stopped working altogether, I have the same error.

Today the loading animation appears normally, but it just keeps loading and still can't be used properly.

i have the same issue, after closing my browser and reopening it the problem is usually fixed.

I’ve tried this method as well, and I also attempted to open it in incognito mode, but the issue still isn’t resolved. There’s been no response from any admins or developers, and it’s already been two weeks that I haven’t been able to use it.

we're not really able to help you here, unfortunately, since we don't control cloudflare turnstile. following cobalt's suggestions is the only way you could try to fix it.
