bug description

The download speed of the videos are dead first the videos were downloaded by some other site I don't remember the name but now it downloads from ollylink or something. Yesterday the downloads were pretty good and high speed but today the download speeds are dead. I tried different videos different browsers used download manager still the speed doesn't cross 200kbps and it drops to 0 also.

There is no error as such but the download speed are dead

i removed the responsible server from the balancer, speed should be fine now
