bug description

deployed the complete Cobalt service using Docker Compose and configured the cookies.json file. However, when I try to download a YouTube link, I get the following error:
"couldn't get this video because youtube asked the instance to log in. this is potentially caused by the processing instance not having any active account tokens or youtube updating something about their api. try again in a few seconds, but if it still doesn't work, please report this issue!"
Is there some other configuration that I'm missing, or is it because the account in cookies.json is not a Premium account?

reproduction steps

1、deployed docker compose

@TheoCGaming @Nimta the official instance should no longer have this issue (for now, at least)
