bug description

Upon importing an audio file converted from YouTube (in this specific case, the music videos that are auto-generated by record labels - ex. https://youtu.be/xu89R4727w4) do not import into Premiere correctly, with the out point not being until 6 hours. Might also be important to note that upon importing, there is a warning that pops up.

reproduction steps

  1. Use the tool to download an auto generated music video (this could happen for all videos, I haven't tested it)
  2. Import it into Premiere Pro

No response

platform information

Chrome 131.0.6778.265 on Windows 11 (23H2) with Adobe Premiere Pro 25.1.0

additional context

This could totally be an Adobe problem, and it wouldn't surprise me at all if it is, but it would be awesome to get this sorted!

i recommend using mp3 or opus for size efficiency, but if you insist on using wav (which is same exact quality as other two), then try remuxing: https://cobalt.tools/remux

In my settings I chose wav because it let me set 320kbps as a default
