i'd like to see an option to change sample rates when downloading, such as 44.1 kHz for non-Opus file downloads.

additional context

some older player programs may force resample 48 kHz files during playback to other sample rates with lower quality and would sound "robotic", and converting the downloaded file to another sample rate would lose quality (due to recompression) and require more steps.
