A way to detect the website, and if supported, show a download modal allowing the user to select any options available on the website.
This could potentially be done with a tampermonkey script, since YouTube downloaders aren't allowed on the webstore.

I think thats out of cobalt's current scope, however there are community made extensions and userscripts, searching up will give some good results.

Lol I'm making one now. I'll post when I get it fully working and pretty.
