bug description

Hello,
If you set the file name option to any option that contains the video title such as “Basic” and try to download any video it will make the non English characters “????” Question mark.
Here is a video with non english title to test:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=zJ3AxpHgWbc

reproduction steps

  1. Go to settings
  2. go to downloading
  3. change file name style to any option other than classic to include video title in the name.
  4. try downloading a video or an audio with title not English.
  5. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=zJ3AxpHgWbc

just checked, cobalt downloads them with an appropriate filename:

the file manager app that you’re using doesn’t have arabic fonts. use the apple files app instead!
