bug description

Any Instagram video inputted into cobalt returns a .jpg file instead of an .mp4 file as expected. Tested on multiple devices and networks.

reproduction steps

  1. attempt to download an Instagram video through main instance.
  2. cobalt returns a .jpg file instead of a video file.

it's an issue on self hosted instances too, looks like Instagram has changed something

this page, that was used to get the video (https://www.instagram.com/p/DTktHNTCIDf/embed/captioned/) has been changed by instagram, it now requires you to click on the video. Videos also appear to be using blob storage
