what happened? (ru)

TikTok пофиксил возможность получать информацию о видео через /aweme/v1/feed на api2.musical.ly, api.tiktokv.com и некоторых других, но сделал это не везде: на некоторых инстансах это по прежнему работает.

этот PR меняет инстанс на api22-normal-c-useast2a.tiktokv.com, где видео по прежнему получить возможно.
конечно неизвестно, сколько этот фикс проживёт но хоть что-то ¯_(ツ)_/¯
