bug description
i'm trying to download off of youtube and it keeps saying couldn't access file tunnel when one finishes and it moves onto the next one. it does fix itself after a bit of waiting but it's super annoying. I've also noticed it's a 100% chance (or at least near that) when i have more than 4 items in the queue (or at least around that number). It only happened once when i had less than 4 on the last download but most if not all the time when i have more than that.
reproduction steps
use the processing queue to queue more than 4 (or 5 if it doesnt work) videos
wait for the first one to process
when that finishes, the next one will try to start but it'll say "couldn't access the file tunnel"

this seems to be related to #1375, you just happened to have been downloading these in the middle of a block. cobalt's showing you the right errors, so this is not a bug with cobalt.
