Twitter broadcasts use Periscope as best as I can tell - in fact, you can access Periscope broadcasts through Twitter (https://www.periscope.tv/w/1OwGWEqogwRxQ -> https://twitter.com/i/broadcasts/1OwGWEqogwRxQ)

Periscope used periscope.tv and pscp.tv (two links that go to the same place but don't redirect)
