needsRuntimeDiscovery() only checked tokenEndpoint and jwksEndpoint, so when a stored config had both but was missing authorizationEndpoint, discovery was skipped and sign-in failed with "Authorization URL not found". Since authorizationEndpoint is static and all three endpoints are equally required, include it in the same check.
