With deferSessionRefresh, the client's refresh request was a bodyless POST. Node/Next.js/Nuxt turn that into a non-null empty stream with no content-type header, and the endpoint's application/json media-type check rejected it with 415 before the handler ever ran, so the session never refreshed. Send a JSON body from the client, and drop body parsing on /get-session server-side since the handler never reads it.
