Currently, deleting users doesn't delete organizations created by them.

Describe the solution you'd like

List organizations where the user has an owner role and delete org with a single owner.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Before deleting a user account, ask them to delete or transfer their organizations first.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
