feat: allow customizable captcha header keys in BaseCaptchaOptions

Added optional properties captchaResponseHeader and remoteUserIPHeader to BaseCaptchaOptions to specify custom header keys.
Fallback to default headers (x-captcha-response, x-captcha-user-remote-ip) if not specified.
