Webpush implementation is very complicated for both Client and Backend Side

Describe the solution you'd like

What about adding web-push integration into directly to Better-auth, as Plugin, it will handle save-subscription and send-notification from direct auth

Describe alternatives you've considered

For push notification we used web-push or firebase FCM, but it can be added into Better Auth
