Describe the solution you'd like

As SSO implementation is now in Beta, it seems like a good time to introduce SCIM provisioning.
This is a great feature to support, particularly in B2B SaaS use cases.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context

SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) is a standardized protocol for automating user and group provisioning between identity providers like Entra (fka. Azure AD) or Okta and applications.

It allows organizations to automatically create, update, and deactivate users in your system based on changes in their central identity platform - reducing manual admin, improving security, and ensuring consistency across systems.
