To Reproduce

  1. enable dynamicAccessControl from the organization plugin
  2. try to run the migrations npx @better-auth/cli migrate

Current vs. Expected behavior

the migrate command attempts to run the migrations that create the organizationRole table before the organization table, which naturally causes the migration to fail, since organizationRole references organization.
