@better-auth-agent[bot] commented on GitHub (Jan 3, 2026):

It sounds like you're facing an issue with unmet peer dependencies specifically concerning drizzle-orm while using Better Auth's CLI. The error indicates that better-auth version 1.4.10 is looking for a compatible version of drizzle-orm (>=0.41.0), but you currently have 0.33.0 installed.

To fix this, you should consider upgrading drizzle-orm to a version that meets the peer dependency requirement. You can update it in your package.json with:

"drizzle-orm": "^0.41.0"

After updating, run:

npm install

This should resolve the peer dependency conflict you're experiencing and allow your command npx @better-auth/cli generate to work as expected.

If you continue to experience issues, consider checking out open issues related to peer dependencies within the Better Auth repository to get more insights on any similar problems and solutions discussed in the community [4], [8].

If you have any further questions or need more detailed help with your setup, feel free to ask! Have you tried checking for other updates or dependencies that might be outdated?

If you need more help, tag @better-auth-agent in a comment so I can respond.
