Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The Captcha plugin currently support only US providers. I would like to extend the list of providers and add the european provider CaptchaFox.

Describe the solution you'd like

I think we should support a privacy friendly solution from the EU like CaptchaFox (documentation). It has a very similar response to hCaptcha.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Unless these feature is not deemed necessary by the core maintainers, I don't see any reason to not implement this update.

Additional context

I already implemented the required changes and will create a PR. @Bekacru feel free to assign it to me
