I wonder most services in the list do they really shorten URLs? Probably not, they do shorten a piece of characters or text but not URL because they don't validate it. That's very bad, I'd like to suggest a good one https://rip.to : free, no ads, no registration, it validates for broken or maliciuos links. You should test it and then add to the list.
