Fix: Remove Duplicate Entry for mal-cli

  • Removed Duplicate Entry: The entry for mal-cli was duplicated across the Games and Multimedia sections.
  • Action: The redundant entry was removed. The single remaining entry (which contained a more detailed description) has been moved to its more appropriate home in the Multimedia section.
