Add sacha to the Dashboards section.

Sacha is a two-pane AWS TUI for browsing, searching, and managing resources across seven services: CloudWatch Logs, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, SSM Parameter Store, SQS, and EC2.

Built with Bubble Tea in Go.
