Summary

Add tmux-underkeys to the Tools and session management section.

tmux-underkeys is a tmux-native session switcher that underlines one unique letter in each session name, then lets users jump directly with a trigger key plus that visible letter.

Placed alphabetically and follows the existing list entry format.

Note: I maintain this plugin and have also contributed to tmux upstream.
