PragProg URL redirect (301): pragprog.com/book/bhtmux2 -> pragprog.com/titles/bhtmux2
Typo: forcast.io -> forecast.io
Typo: temporarely -> temporarily
WWW redirect: www.hamvocke.com -> hamvocke.com
