📄 Description

This PR fixes most syntax errors related to licenses or languages and merges all categories together that do not have at least 3 items.

Multiple things are still open:

ERROR:awesome_lint.py: CloudSlang: the first tag Cloud Computing points to a tag which redirects to another list
ERROR:awesome_lint.py: CloudStack: the first tag Cloud Computing points to a tag which redirects to another list.
ERROR:awesome_lint.py: Cobbler: the first tag Cloud Computing points to a tag which redirects to another list.
ERROR:awesome_lint.py: Genesis: the first tag Cloud Computing points to a tag which redirects to another list.
ERROR:awesome_lint.py: Overcast: the first tag Cloud Computing points to a tag which redirects to another list.

Not too sure how to deal with that

ERROR:awesome_lint.py: djbdns: license Public Domain is not listed in the main licenses list

There is not really a license for public domain or? The best that I would come up with would either be CC-0 or NLPL
