Any software project you are adding to the list is actively maintained.
The pull request title is informative, unlike "Update README.md".
Suggested titles: "Add aaa to bbb" for adding software aaa to section bbb,
"Remove aaa from bbb" for removing, "Fix license for aaa", etc.

Why it is awesome

Aptly allows easy management of Debian repositories to distribute your own/your company's software. It can manage both simple and complex setups, is available in Debian Stable, has extensive documentation and a large community. I use it from Gitlab CI for a very simple personal APT repository setup [1] [2].
