Hi, I know this repository is primarily an index of high-quality awesome lists rather than a direct catalog of individual projects, so I wanted to first ask whether there is an appropriate route, related list, or best-fit destination for a resource like this.

I would like to suggest the WFGY RAG 16 Problem Map as a practical, framework-agnostic troubleshooting resource for diagnosing common RAG and LLM pipeline failures.

It is designed as a reusable failure checklist for problems such as:

  • retrieval misses
  • stale or mismatched context
  • chunking / embedding mismatch
  • citation instability
  • answer inconsistency
  • multi-step reasoning breakdowns

The goal is not to replace any framework, but to provide a compact diagnostic map that helps users classify failure modes before applying fixes.

The WFGY repository is currently around 1.6k stars, and the Problem Map has already been referenced or integrated by multiple public RAG / LLM ecosystem projects, including:

  • RAGFlow
  • LlamaIndex
  • ToolUniverse (Harvard MIMS Lab)
  • Rankify
  • Multimodal RAG Survey (QCRI LLM Lab)

If this is not a fit for this top-level list directly, I would still really appreciate guidance on whether there is a more suitable awesome list or route for a practical RAG debugging resource like this.

Thanks for your time.
