Remove fish items and link to awesome-fish
Remove zsh items and link to awesome-zsh-plugins

I manually checked whether each of the existing zsh items was or not in the awesome-zsh-plugins and every single one was there. 👍
Remove the same items from the Chinese version of the README. Did not add anything there.
