Adds TouchBridge to System Utilities section.

TouchBridge is a CLI tool + PAM module that lets you authenticate sudo using your phone's fingerprint/Face ID. No $199 Touch ID keyboard needed. Useful for Mac Mini, Mac Studio, Mac Pro, and MacBook Neo users.
