📄 Description

This adds SearXNG from the list while copying content from #3986 (thanks @jmmonteiro!) This is a fork of SearX, which the comparisons can be made from their repository https://github.com/searxng/searxng under "Differences to searx" and https://github.com/searxng/searx-instances/discussions/336. I was wrong in declining it the first time so I came here to make it right.
