Hey, I just found this book (Software Defined Networking with OpenFlow) really helpful for beginners to learn about SDN and OpenFlow. It has various hands-on experiment with POX controller. And it also briefs about other concepts related to SDN. Overall, the book gives a broader view of the whole concept of SDN.
